Peer Recognized Academy

Hi! My name is Martins Zaumanis. I‘m a materials scientist at Empa in Switzerland, author of the Peer Recognized book series, and your instructor at the Peer Recognized Academy courses. 

I went from growing up in a working class family to becoming a group leader at one of the world’s best research institutions by consciously developing career skills that any scientist should possess. Through the Peer Recognized Academy courses, I want to pass on my experience to empower scientists do great research more productively.

We learn best when combining knowledge with practice. So my courses don’t simply provide information. Instead, each module first lays out a specific actionable approach in bite-sized videos. The participants then practice using quizzes, tasks, and simulations. 

Throughout the courses, you will receive resources like templates, worksheets, and cheat sheets that will allow you to rapidly apply the knowledge in practice.
